Job Description : As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and office support tasks. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Job Responsibilities : 1) Prepare and handling Job sheet assignment and etc. 2) Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. 3) To assist in preparing order requisition, information of stock availability, delivery status notification and etc. 4) Sales entries reconciliation and checking processing 5) Coordinate Store team in handling with goods delivery and shipping arrangement. 6) Support in Inventory control such as stock replenish & movement report and other related to inventory matter 7) Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events. 8) Maintain and update office files and records. 9) Assist with office supply management and procurement. 10) Provide general support to visitors and staff. Job Requirements : Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role. Computer literate (Proficiency in SQL Software & MS office) Punctual and possess good time management Good personality and positive working attitude, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated to work.
