Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the property development or real estate sector. • Proven experience in training and mentoring sales teams. • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyse data, market trends, and sales reports. • Leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
