Halal Executive

Perform timely application and renewal of Halal certification for current products and new products and be the point of contact with the respective regulatory bodies for third-party compliance audits. Maintain, review, and update the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), HALAL and HAS documentations Prepare halal training materials and conduct training to production staffs and workers for better understanding on the HALAL related issues from time to time. Conduct regular internal Halal audit of the premises in accordance with the JAKIM/JAIS requirement Responsible as documents controller in the company for GMP, HACCP & HALAL. Develop and implement the document control procedures and systems. Manage the creation, revision, distribution, and archiving of documents and ensuring documents are accurately labeled, indexed, and stored for easy retrieval. Manage the pest control (external & internal) activity in the company. Conduct incoming goods and packaging checking and ensure the incoming suppliers are in line with the HAS requirements. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
