Continuous training and coaching Job Responsibilities: 1. To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries by providing accurate information to all clients. 2. Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements and provide solutions. 3. Engage with potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner. 4. Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers to build relationships 5. Support in administration as and when required by the superior. 6. Work closely with the team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
