As Owners of the Largest online Beauty & Lifestyle Media and Marketplace in Singapore and Malaysia, Beauty Insider & Glitz is seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as our Business Development Specialists.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, driving, and growing our commercial and strategic relationships with local lifestyle & beauty brands and other stakeholders such as media agencies and planners.
Main Responsibilities :
- Sourcing for brands and partners to tap on win-win digital solutions for our industry.
- Manage current and new partnerships with lifestyle & beauty brands.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Sculpt proposals and present to groups via phone, virtual, or face-to-face meetings.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Demonstrated success and achievements growing and maintaining partner based relationships in a similar capacity and you should be driven to achieve sales targets.
- Extremely passionate about delivering the highest quality of service to clients and representing a brand to the best of your ability.
- Confident with excellent strategic research, pitch and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Must be target driven with a passion for the growth of revenue and achieving set KPIs and targets.
- Exceptional time management skills with multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly professional and articulate, with a genuine passion for the organization.
- Energetic, outcome focussed and resilient with excellent team management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
