  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description : In-charge of daily activities for incoming, storage, issuing and outgoing Manage all Raw Material & FG with proper recording and follow FIFO / FEFO. Manage the warehouse team with good discipline for all required / trained process to follow, 5S and handling / handshake material / FG accurately. Ensure the daily transaction is accurate ( GRN / Assembly / Delivery ) Fully responsibility the stock accuracy ( System vs Physical ) which at least 99.5% and above Ensure all materials are store in good condition and FG shipped follow FIFO/FEFP per shipping document updated without failed. Lead by example for 5S all times with Safety in place Monitors warehouse staff’s workload assigned, minimize the overtime with high efficiency. Daily stock accuracy report for FG , Preform & return pallet Monthly stock count report for all items Work as a team player in order to fulfill company vision. Guide & ensure equipment used are well taking care by daily checklist and on time maintenance / service is in place ( if repair is required ) Support any task assigned by Superior as and when needed. Job Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/Diploma Level. At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience warehouse executive is required for this position. Strong analytical skills with hands on warehouse management and good leadership. Able to plan and organize a team of subordinates in warehouse department. Preferably with experience and competency in ISO22000/HACCP Food Safety Management. Required IT skills: Data base entries with MS Office – Excel. Experience in Autocount is added advantage
