PROTEGE RTW - GENERAL ADMINISTRATION CLERK ( 1 POST) REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in administration/management, bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology strong computer literacy skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Multi-tasking & ability to work independently and as part of a team. RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a liaison to assist the IT Officer in identifying and addressing various inquiries and issues from other departments. Assist HOD in Develop, update filling systems to Ensure proper maintenance, organization, and proper of documentation according to ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office including HR task. Assist HOD liaising with government department / agencies. Assist in coordinating company’s events and meetings. Responsible for subcontractor’s registration and monitoring security department. Handle correspondence, including memos, emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner. Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
