Job Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts, GST, tax matters, etc.
- Maintain and administer accounting matters for the portfolio of clients
- Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission)
- Ensure payments are processed in compliance with the client’s policies and statutory requirements
- Liaise with government agencies on office administration, tax, and legal matters
- Keep up with any new or amendments to the FRS & Statutory Regulations
- Provide support for all other ad-hoc duties delegated from superior
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Well organized, motivated, and able to work independently
- Proficient and have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- A meticulous individual with interpersonal skills
- Good written, and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- A positive learning and working attitude
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Candidates with higher education level / relevant years of working experience will be considered for (Senior Associate) role
Full-Time
- Able to commit 5 days per week
- Rest days: Weekends
- Working hours: 9:00am to 6pm (including 1-hour lunch break)
- Work location: Work from home (Anywhere in Malaysia)
