Role Overview:
As an Associate Operations at Sigma School, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in a dynamic and innovative environment. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that enhance our online presence and attract prospective students.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Coordinate daily operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Product Development Support: Assist in the creation and refinement of coding bootcamp courses, including curriculum design and content updates.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards for course content, teaching methods, and student experiences through consistent quality checks.
- Process Automation: Collaborate with the technical team to create and implement automation solutions for routine tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and communication workflows.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement new processes to improve efficiency across various operational and product-related activities.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between different departments, external stakeholders, and students, ensuring clear communication and collaborative teamwork.
- Student Support: Address student inquiries, manage student records, and track progress throughout the bootcamp.
- Event Coordination: Help organise events such as bootcamp graduations, networking sessions, and promotional activities.
- Social Media Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media content using predefined templates and assist in marketing campaigns.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle additional operational and product-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools, and other relevant software. Knowledge of automation tools is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work with diverse teams and interact professionally with stakeholders and students.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Language: Proficiency in English.
