RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE: Supervision and Leadership: i) Lead, and supervise the logistics team to ensure smooth warehouse operations and optimal performance. ii) Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge regarding warehouse operations, safety protocols, and medical device regulations. Inventory Management: i) Oversee inventory control, tracking, and replenishment to ensure an adequate supply of medical materials. ii) Implement efficient storage practices to maximize space utilization, maintaining accessibility & ease of retrieval. Distribution and Coordination: i) Coordinate with various departments to understand their material requirements and priorities for timely distribution. ii) Develop and implement distribution schedules to ensure on-time delivery of supplies to meet departmental needs and maintain optimal stock levels. Quality Control and Compliance: i) Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols related to warehousing and logistics operations. ii) Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity and safety of medical device materials. Operational Efficiency: i) Utilize logistics software and technologies for real-time tracking of inventory, orders, and distribution activities. ii) Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Reporting and Documentation: i) Generate regular reports on inventory levels, distribution activities, and any discrepancies to aid decision-making and planning. ii) Maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse activities, transactions, and audits for auditing purpose and workflow. Basic Requirements and Skills needed: 1. Previous experience in order processing, inventory management, or related roles within a medical device setting. 2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficient in using order processing software and other relevant computer applications. 5.
