Facilities Engineer

1- Supervise and plan daily activities for the Facilities Technician. 2-Familiar with CDA / HVAC / Scheduled Waste / RODI / WWTP / UPW / Scrubber / Cleanroom maintenance & Machinery Maintenance. 3-Experienced hands-on in maintenance for pumps, motors and etc. 4-Provide technical advice and expertise on mechanical & electrical equipment for troubleshooting 5-Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, interactive communication, commitment, willingness to learn and time management skills, Teamwork, Integrity, creativity, innovation, work ethics, and dedication 6-Familiar with root cause analysis documentation (8D, why-why analysis, fish-bone, etc) 7-Manage and ensure scheduled waste handling and inventory follow DOE and DOSH requirements. 8-Communicate with the respective department, customer, and vendor on the daily activity needed. 10-Other contributions that have an impact on overall performance. 11-Cross-functional team assignment. 12-Responsible to develop/maintaining facility-related engineering drawings, check sheets, operation manuals, and instructions. 13-To involve in energy-saving/water-saving, cost-saving & improvement activities. Requirements: - 3 years minimum experience in a related field. - Degree level in Engineering or Equivalent. - Prioritization of Knowledge & Skills in Waste Water Treatment, RODI Water, Scrubber System & Cleanroom Maintenance. - Possess competency in CePIETSO/CePSO/CePSWAM is an added advantage - Posses chargeman certificate from the energy commission is an added advantage
