Maintain office security controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook). 5. Screens and directs incoming telephone calls, emails, and visitors. 6. Arrange courier pick up & manage incoming document/parcel before circulating to respective employee. 7. Maintain proper filing and documentation in a timely manner. 8. Assist to maintain complete stock of all office supplies, attire, and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) record. 9. Assist to maintain the inventory report. 10. Assist to manage telephone directory/contact lists. 11. Assist administration team to planning, schedule and promoting company program, event, and activities. 12. Carry out other duties assigned by administration team.
