Customer Account Consultant

Responsibilities -Serving as the primary point of contact for key customers, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs -Proactively identifying opportunities to expand existing customer accounts and secure new business using digital or tele marketing -Collaborating cross-functionally to develop tailored solutions that address customer challenges -Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and activities -Maintaining Good communication with Customer to grasp customer needs form time to time -Perform data in the system and perform daily routine including checking customer's repayment amount during customer's payday -Perform housekeeping for branch cleanliness -Accomplish work related activities or task assigned by superiors as needed - Candidate willing to work at Kota Damansra, Selangor
