Job description: Financial Perspective · To achieve family takaful sales and referral targets Customer Perspective · Customer satisfaction index on the Wealth products, sales and services provided by the Bank Environment & Community Perspective · Ensuring the Bank’s mandated customer base and retail customers receive sound Takaful protection across life stages and generations. Strategic & Operational Perspective Sales - Perform data mining, cold calling and other techniques to engage customers to create awareness on the importance of Takaful, perform customer fact finding and recommend suitable Takaful products. - Perform periodic review of existing and new customer’s Takaful plans and recommend enhancement where appropriate. - Consistently seek out new clientele through networking and generate list of prospective customers. - Provides advice on financial planning and perform other service function (i.e, carry out sales visits, prospecting and early engagements to generate leads) - Perform regular briefings to branch staff for all Family Takaful products to ensure high awareness on Family Takaful. - Perform seminar selling / presentation at events. - Perform lead generation for other Consumer Banking related products. Administrative - Perform filing, record keeping, prepare sales reporting. - Follow up on pending cases report, reconciliation, policy issuance, claims submission and claims monitoring. - Attend meeting, seminars, training, and programs arrange by the Bank and Takaful Operators. - Track and meet Continuous Professional Development (CPD) hours requirement. Qualifications Education: · At least a Diploma holder in any related fields (preferably Business Administration, Sales etc.) Experience: · Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. · Working experience in Insurance / Takaful sales will be an added advantage. · Sales driven and strong customer orientation with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill. · Must be a team player, energetic and result oriented with a desire to achieve excellent service. · Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision. ·Positive attitude and adaptable to change in working environment. ·Willing to travel.
