Contract Duration: 3 months (renew based on performance)

Working Arrangement: Work From Home

Remarks: They are required to attend training physically during first 1 or 2 week of works.

Location : Mercu 2, No. 3 @ Jalan Bangsar, KL Eco City, 59200,Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Monthly Rotational Shift (Included weekend shift) , 2 days off. (cannot choose the shift)

1. Morning: 10 am - 7 pm

2. Evening/Night: 4 pm - 1 am

3. Midnight/Graveyard: 1 am - 10 am

Job scope

1. Be responsible for the curation of marketplace content, to perform quality checks on the legitimacy of the listings

2. Categorize and place the listings into the right categories based on the product categories

3. Understand marketplace policies and guidelines, and make necessary curation based on it

4. Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solutions

5. Work with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries

Requirements

1. Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced applicants in Content Moderation are welcome to apply

2. Basic Microsoft Excel skill is required

3. Able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

4. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written forms

4. Midnight/GY shift allowance RM550

5. Attendance incentives RM300 - if the staff does not apply for Sick Leave or Unpaid Leave)

6. EPF + SOCSO

7. Included Annual Leaves will be prorated according to the number of months they're working. (1 month = 1 day of AL)
