Position Overview:
As the Admin Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our salon runs smoothly. From welcoming clients at the reception to managing appointments, your organization and friendly attitude will set the tone for a delightful salon experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties: Greet clients warmly as they arrive, answer incoming calls, and assist with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule and manage client appointments, maintaining an organized calendar to optimize the day-to-day operations of our beauty specialists.
- Client Coordination: Confirm appointments, inform clients of any changes, and ensure they are comfortable and informed about their services.
- Administrative Support: Maintain client records, update information, and keep all documentation organized and accessible.
- Payments & Billing: Process payments, issue receipts, and provide clear information on our services, pricing, and policies.
- Supply Management: Assist in keeping track of salon supplies, preparing inventory requests, and ensuring the front area is stocked with necessary items.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with salon staff to ensure seamless communication about daily schedules and client needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist/administrative assistant, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in a warm, professional manner.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and scheduling abilities with attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in scheduling software or booking systems is a plus.
- Team Player: Friendly and reliable with a collaborative attitude, willing to support colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
