Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure timely processing of rental payments for expatriate accommodations and oversee the initiation, renewal or termination of rental contracts
2. Oversee the company’s monthly settlements, including medical treatment fees, communication expenses etc while liaising with service providers to promptly resolve any issues that may arise
3. Monitor the inventory of office supplies, office furniture, company uniforms, etc and placing orders as needed to ensure sufficient stock levels
4. Coordinate procurement process by issuing purchase orders, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring timely receipt of goods/services
5. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and administrative documentation
6. Managing ad hoc procurement tasks, including sourcing items for company annual celebrations and VIP visits
Job Requirements
- At least 1 - 3 year(s) working experience in related field
- Computer literacy essential with knowledgeable about Microsoft application
- Good in negotiation
- Strong interpersonal skill with high degree of integrity maturity.
- Good interpersonal skills, resourceful and independent
- With pleasant personality such as positive attitude, self-motivated, cautious, responsible and extrovert.
- Leadership and people management skills; able to work as a team and independently
- Has experience in review tenancy agreement

- Candidates possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in related field
- have experience in SAP system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
