- Key Responsibilities :
- Brand Advocacy: Be a loyal and passionate platform advocate, understanding the brand and the urgency in protecting the community.
- Digital Skills: Possess strong digital skills, being tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms to review and flag inappropriate content.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, efficiently resolving inquiries and issues while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, contributing to a positive work environment with flexibility to adapt to various tasks.
- Content Moderation: Review and moderate content to ensure it meets community guidelines, managing typing and reporting requirements.
- Qualifications:
•Minimum 2 -3 year of content moderation or related experience, Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
•Proficient in English and Arabic, with strong bilingual reading, speaking, and writing skills preferred.
•Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
•Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive content with care.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
