Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Nanotech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales for the supermarket, managing client relationships, and assisting to ensure the entire sales process runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing supermarket and wholesale market customers.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target sectors.
-Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
-Understand client needs and provide tailored product solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
-Manage orders, ensure timely product deliveries, and handle any after-sales inquiries or issues.
-Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market developments.
Who We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in retail, especially in supermarkets, is highly recommended.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude with a customer-centric mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
