Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock, handling tender processes, and ensuring efficient administrative operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle heavy stock. The candidate must be above 30 and below 50 years old, possess a valid driver's license, own a car, and be willing to travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain stock inventory, including monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and handling stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate tender processes, including preparing tender documents, managing tender submissions, and liaising with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of stock transactions and tender activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill stock and tender requirements.
- Monitor stock aging and implement strategies to minimize stock obsolescence.
- Prepare reports on stock levels, tender activities, and other administrative metrics as required.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines when handling heavy stock.
- Drive to various locations to facilitate stock deliveries, inspections, or other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly in stock management and tender processes.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be above 30 and below 50 years old.
- Valid driver's license and own car.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
