- Respond to queries from child sponsors made via telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp, fax or personal visits to the office.
- Liaise with child sponsors with regards to remittance of sponsorship contributions, gifts to sponsored children and correspondence with their sponsored children.
- Update sponsors and donors on their sponsored child/children’s status and the various community development projects through newsletters and organised Sponsors’ Visits.
- Build rapport with child sponsors and serve them well to retain their loyalty and interest and to encourage them to consider sponsoring additional children or encouraging others to sponsor children.
- Data entry and update of sponsors’ information into WVM’s database.
- Sorting, filing and archiving of documents.
- Minimum SPM with 2 years relevant working experience.
- Computer literate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
