    Job Description:
    The Donor Retention Executive is responsible for engaging our supporters by providing excellent and prompt services, with the objective to create and maintain positive relationship with them.
    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to queries from child sponsors made via telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp, fax or personal visits to the office.
    • Liaise with child sponsors with regards to remittance of sponsorship contributions, gifts to sponsored children and correspondence with their sponsored children.
    • Update sponsors and donors on their sponsored child/children’s status and the various community development projects through newsletters and organised Sponsors’ Visits.
    • Build rapport with child sponsors and serve them well to retain their loyalty and interest and to encourage them to consider sponsoring additional children or encouraging others to sponsor children.
    • Data entry and update of sponsors’ information into WVM’s database.
    • Sorting, filing and archiving of documents.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum SPM with 2 years relevant working experience.
    • Computer literate.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
