Job scope:

  • general administrative tasks and basic accounting tasks
  • Attend to phone calls, queries and reply/send emails to other companies
  • Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Working with spreadsheets
  • Payroll & payment advice
  • Sorting data and data entry for reporting purpose
  • Carry out simple payments, invoicing and receipts functions
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel)
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Working location:Taman Daya,Johor near JPJ
  • Working Days-Sunday to Thursday
