Job scope:
- general administrative tasks and basic accounting tasks
- Attend to phone calls, queries and reply/send emails to other companies
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets
- Payroll & payment advice
- Sorting data and data entry for reporting purpose
- Carry out simple payments, invoicing and receipts functions
- Performs other related duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel)
- At least 1 year of accounting experience
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Working location:Taman Daya,Johor near JPJ
- Working Days-Sunday to Thursday
