  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month contract. If you excel in headhunting and have a strong knack for identifying top talent, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract high-caliber candidates using headhunting techniques, networking, and advanced sourcing tools.
  • Conduct initial screenings, assessments, and interviews to ensure candidates meet role requirements and fit company culture.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on headhunting and executive search.
  • Strong ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Availability to commit to a 3-month contract period.
