The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including expatriate management, recruitment, business travel coordination, training, and ad hoc HR tasks. This role supports the organization's strategic objectives by ensuring effective HR practices and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Expatriate Management:
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for expatriates.
- Handle for expatriate matters including housing, work permits
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and immigration regulations.
- Provide ongoing support to expatriates and their families.
Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to build a diverse talent pipeline.
Business Travel Coordination:
- Arrange travel logistics for employees, including flights, accommodations, Visa application and itineraries.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Provide support to employees during their travel and assist with any travel-related issues.
Training and Development:
- Assist in applying, Claim training via HRDC System (E-Tris) as request by Management
- Alliase with Training Provider for applying, claim for training needed.
Ad Hoc HR Tasks:
- Support various HR initiatives and projects as needed.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and performance management processes.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- years of experience in HR, with a focus on expatriate management, recruitment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work 5.5 Days

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
