Exciting Opportunity: Customer Service Executive, Immediate Hiring (November Intake)!
What We Offer:
Basic Salary: RM 1,900- RM 2,100 per month
KPI & Attendance Allowance: Up to RM400
Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM300
Total Salary Range: RM2,600.00 – RM 2,800.00 per month
Location: Bandar Medini, Iskandar Puteri, Nusajaya
- (FREE shuttle bus service provided – Skudai, Tampoi, Larkin Sentral, Bukit Indah, Taman Universiti, Gelang Patah, Nusa Height, City Square)
Job Scope:
- Delivering excellent customer service to customers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat & email;
- Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients' partners;
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with general concerns related to company's products/services
Working Hours:
Shifts: Monday to Sunday (morning, afternoon, and night shifts)
Schedule: 6 working days with 1 days off (based on shifts)
Daily Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
Earliest Shift: Starts at 7 AM
Latest Shift: Ends at 3 AM
Requirements:
- Possessed and passed SPM with at least minimum credits for BM and Sejarah;
- Fresh graduate/ SPM leavers are encouraged to apply;
- No experience need; full training provided;
- Candidates with previous call centre background will be an added advantage;
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
