Exciting Opportunity: Customer Service Executive, Immediate Hiring (November Batch)!
What We Offer:
Basic Salary: RM 2,000.00- RM 2,500 per month
KPI & Attendance Allowance: RM300-RM500
Total Salary Range: RM 2500-RM 2800 per month
Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
- Conveniently accessible via LRT Ara Damansara Station
- FREE shuttle service from the LRT station to the office on a selected schedule
Job Scope:
- Delivering excellent customer service to customers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat & email;
- Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients' partners;
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with general concerns related to company's products/services
Working Hours:
Shifts: Monday to Sunday (morning, afternoon, and night shifts)
Schedule: 5 working days with 2 days off (based on shifts)
Daily Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
Earliest Shift: Starts at 9 AM
Latest Shift: Ends at 8 PM
Requirements:
- Possessed and passed SPM with at least minimum credits for BM and Sejarah;
- Fresh graduate/ SPM leavers are encouraged to apply;
- No experience need; full training provided;
- Candidates with previous call centre background will be an added advantage;
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
