Documentation and Reporting
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolutions.

- Use customer feedback to inform process enhancements and address recurring issues.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and operations.
- Fresh gradaute without the experience but with the right mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Mandarin proficiency is appreciated.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with a customer-first approach.
- Proactive problem-solver, committed to delivering exceptional service.
