  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Application Maintenance Production Support (Silverlake), Core Banking

Tenure : Permanent

Working Location: Kuala Lumpur

Salary : Rm 13K-15K

  • Manage end-to-end software development and support for transitioned work (projects, change requests, production fixes).
  • Ensure quality assurance of team deliverables per the Bank’s software delivery standards.
  • Act as the main technical contact for incident and problem management on assigned applications.
  • Collaborate closely with Group teams to plan and manage deliverables.
  • Provide technical resolutions and comprehensive support to internal customers.
  • Manage third-party vendors to ensure timely and high-quality code fixes.
  • Design metrics for performance and quality reporting.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, review code, and recommend optimizations.
  • Prioritize remediation work with business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives for processes and project management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Banking or IT.
  • Proficiency in IBM AS400, RPG, COBOL, and CL programming.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and production support.
  • Knowledge of Silverlake’s banking software suite is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • banking: 7 years (Preferred)
  • silverlake banking: 1 year (Preferred)
