Position overview

allnex is looking for an organised and efficient individual to join our GBS Procurement team as a Direct Procurement Specialist. In this role, you are responsible to request changes in the material master database and handle procurement-related tasks in the ERP systems. This role requires you to be proficient in Mandarin as this is to support Greater China.

Responsibilities

  • Request changes in the material master database.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is collected for requested changes in SAP, contract compliance, and global consistency
  • Handle invoice discrepancies related to the organisation and work closely with the stakeholders to resolve the issues
  • Create and update contracts, info records, and source lists in SAP.
  • Define strategies to prevent future invoice deviations.
  • Work on projects to automate non-value-added tasks.
  • Onboard suppliers to the Ariba Network and train planners and suppliers to exchange documents electronically.
  • Run procurement reports and perform analytics

Required skills and experience

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Procurement in a Shared Services setting
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, as this is to support our operations in Greater China
  • Strong analytical and data maintenance skills
  • Experience in SAP is preferable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
