CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To monitor and control all the incoming and outgoing emails and documents.
- Schedule regular meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Ensure sufficient resources for day-to-day operations, e.g. stationeries, office equipment.
- To ensure site office is well maintained.
- Assist construction team to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Update daily record such as concrete ordering, rebar ordering, weather record, etc.
- To update tracking logs.
- Act as the point of contact in the site office.
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior.
QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bsc in Business Administration.
- Work experience as Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Document Controller or similar role.
- Knowledge of project management software.
- Good interpersonal and appreciate team work.
- Good analytical skill and organised in work.
- Able to work indepently.
- Write and speak fluent English.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
