Responsibility
- Ensure Reception & Registration procedure of patients for specialist clinics are executed in a professional manner.
- Ensure Billing & Collection procedures are executed in a professional manner. All charges are correctly and completely included for services rendered.
- Accepting payments, issue official receipt and submit the collection to Accounts Department according to defined work instruction.
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of patient appointments and visits.
- Cover-up for ordering of stock, medical supplies and office requirements
- Ensure that the front desk area is always clean and presentable.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Engage with customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Listen actively to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide clear, concise information and solutions.
- Build positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Mass Communication (Hons)
- Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply.
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Able to work on Saturday
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Must be customer-service orientated.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Good personality
- Required language(s): Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to empathize and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
