Senior Account Executive

1. Create clear, descriptive, accurate and inspiring briefs and reqs based on the client’s briefs/comments for the team. 2. Assist in providing relevant information and other facts necessary to address briefs. 3. Deliver the day-to-day deliverables in an efficient and effective manner whilst ensuring there are no errors. 4. Ensure creative team motivation/inspiration and clear working processes. 5. Organise and participate in brainstorming, make effective notes to capture ideas. 6. Coordinate with various internal departments to keep everyone involved in processes and on schedule. 7. Deliver insightful monthly or post mortem reports for the relevant campaigns/clients when required. 8. Always being in the know of what is going on with your clients’ competitors, businesses and industries. 9. Expand on the client portfolios by introducing new ideas, initiatives or campaigns from THE CLAN where possible. 10. Ensure regular communication of project status with your client(s), senior(s) and creative team. 11. Assist your seniors to execute, support and monitor your project(s), to ensure smooth and flawless processes. 12. Develop the skills of your junior(s) - whether it be an Account Executive or Intern - to ensure that they excel in their role as well.
