Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of software and product testing, including developing test strategies, creating test documentation, identifying and diagnosing defects, and reviewing QA reports.
- Collaborate with software engineering and product teams to define quality assurance (QA) parameters and objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts, ensuring their seamless execution within a CICD environment.
- Work closely with QA Engineers to design, update, and maintain test scripts for both front-end web applications and back-end APIs.
- Enhance and optimize testing tools, practices, and processes to prevent regressions and verify new features.
- Monitor production changes to ensure they meet business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Mentor junior QA team members through training sessions, test reviews, and ongoing support to improve their QA expertise.
- Identify, report, and communicate issues and risks to your Manager or Quality Assurance Lead, ensuring risks are effectively mitigated.
- Stay informed on emerging testing tools, frameworks, and strategies to continually improve QA practices.
- Respond promptly to requests from engineering, product, and management teams.
- Ensure compliance with Pulsifi’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, including the organization’s Information Security Policy, Data Protection Policy, Clean Desk & Screen Policy, and Password Management Policy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior QA Automation Engineer with a strong understanding of application functions, bug detection, and testing protocols.
- Proficient in automated regression testing for front-end web applications and back-end APIs.
- Experience in performance testing, profiling, and load testing.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, BDD testing (Cucumber/Gherkin), Playwright, K6, and TypeScript is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of Agile development processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passion for data integrity and producing high-quality work.
- Ability to thrive in a self-organized environment, working collaboratively with cross-functional Agile Scrum teams.

Pay: RM4,142.78 - RM11,137.60 per month
