Financial and Performance Analysis: - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for each business entity. - Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to support data-driven decisions. - Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance reports for the owner. 4. Project Management: - Manage special projects as directed by the owner, ensuring timely completion within budget. - Track progress on key initiatives and provide regular updates, highlighting any potential risks or delays. 5. Administrative and Executive Support: - Handle high-level administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel for the owner. - Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required. - Serve as a liaison between the owner and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and clear communication. 6. Strategic Planning and Development: - Support the owner in strategic planning, including market research, competitive analysis, and identification of growth opportunities. - Develop proposals and business plans for new ventures or expansion of existing businesses. 7. Human Resources and Team Coordination: - Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and management of key personnel across the businesses. - Facilitate communication and coordination among team members across different business units to ensure alignment and foster a collaborative culture. 8. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. - Proven experience (2+ years) in business management, operations, or executive support roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and financial analysis software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. 9. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. - Project management experience, including knowledge of PM tools. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and handling multiple business areas. 10.
