Sales and Marketing Executive duties: Administer the company marketing and sales function to identify and develop new opportunities within existing and new customers for products and services. Implementing the local go-to–market product marketing strategy and all marketing activities. Monitor, evaluate and report competitive market conditions. Provide insight for openings to market and sell our products and services. Evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and competitor data and defining appropriate forecasts and plans improving its value proposition to customers. Research, develop and execute strategies to identify market opportunities. Assist in taking existing products into new markets, new products into existing markets and or new products into new markets. Implementing proactive business development activities and generating project pipeline opportunities, including customer visit, technical presentations, project specification, demonstrations, and webinars. Manage and execute the preparation, issuance, and delivery of marketing materials including: websites, sales collateral, graphics, exhibit properties, advertising, and promotional programs. Manage, and operate within approved marketing budgets supporting overall business plan. Administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey, analyse and recommend actions based on status of individual customers or groups of customers. Creating and presenting sales performance reports. Organize and support sales and marketing reporting. Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas. Analyse and creates a plan for engaging the target market. Analyse the competition to create a plan for engagement. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Working with other departments to determine effective solutions for customer. Qualification and skill requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Biotech, Biomedical, Pharmacy, Marketing or Science related field. Minimum of 2 years experienced in marketing and or sales, pharma, GP Clinic and/or medical devices. Sales driven and eager to expand their own connection and network. High-level communication, networking and presentation skills. Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and willing to travel up to 80% of the time within region to develop the market. Able to attend to client’s needs and good teamwork skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese will be advantage.
