Internship (Operations - Logistics/Aerospace)

Description

To fulfil duties that the manager has delegated in relation to the education guidelines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Control Tower:
Assist in daily freight operation
Handle daily communication and correspondence to external & internal customers

- Booking Desk:
Checking New Booking received from Customer/Shipper/Supplier.
Determine shipment is moving via Bollore/FEDEX/DHL.
Create TR via LINK for shipment activation. (Sending instructions to network)

- Data Quality:
Monitor missing event report.
Updating missing event via LINK.

-Billing:
Responsible for execution of billing for Bollore/FEDEX/DHL shipment.
Ensure all shipment event via LINK.

- Follow up with additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Candidate with KEK (Kursus Ejen Kastam) is a bonus.

- No work experience required.
- Good command of English
- Preferred skill(s): Good Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Endless drive to learn.
- Preferably Internship duration of 6 month(s)
