Roles and Responsibilities: · At least 10 years of work experience in Dynamics 365 (CRM) · Knowledge of the scrum framework as well as other Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Crystal, XP, etc · Strong project management experience in handling integration specific deliveries spread across multiple sprints. · Experience in Estimation techniques, managing spends (story points/dollars) for the features delivered. · Strong problem solving and prioritization skills. · Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills · JIRA/Confluence/DevOps TFS experience · Experience in managing project scope and timelines. · Knowledge on backlog Prioritization, management, Stakeholder management & reporting. · Experience in facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning and retrospective meeting. · Experience in managing teams have command of Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines. · Knowledge of all SDLC Processes, Release management processes. 2. Skills /Competencies: a. Essential Skills: · Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline. b. Preferred skills · Scrum Master (Project/Product Management) · Agile Framework · D365 (CRM) · JIRA/Confluence/DevOps TFS experience c. Additional Skills: · Excellent customer interfacing skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
