We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee operations in Bangladesh, ensuring exceptional delivery across all projects and services. Position Overview: The Operations Manager for Bangladesh will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company in the region. This includes managing project delivery, coordinating resources, ensuring high-quality engineering and construction solutions, and maintaining effective client relationships. The role will ensure alignment with the company’s overall strategic objectives, while fostering a culture of excellence and sustainability in all aspects of operation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all operations related to engineering and construction projects in Bangladesh, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. Oversee project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects in compliance with company standards and local regulations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure resources, equipment, and materials are available to meet project requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency. Provide leadership in problem-solving, project planning, and risk management to ensure successful project execution. Maintain financial oversight, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and profit margins are met. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards in all operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations management, specifically within engineering or construction sectors (5+ years). Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of local construction industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices. Advanced proficiency in local language (Bangla) and English. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
