REQUIREMENTS: Proven at least 1 year experience as an invoice administrator, stock controller, or similar role. Min possess SPM. Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and Autocount accounting software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working Hour: 8:30am-6pm (Monday-Friday), 8:30am-6pm Saturday (The last Saturday of every month. Location: Bukit Mertajam: No.8, Lorong Industri Impian 1, Taman Industri Impian, 14000 Bukit Mertajam, Penang. RESPONSIBILITY: Issue invoices promptly and accurately to customers. Maintain and update invoice records and customer information. Coordinate with sales and finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies. Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
