Purchasing Executive

Corporate Garment, a workwear manufacturer since 1990. Together, we have more than 30 years of experience in workwear clothing manufacturing. We are the Authorised Licensed Manufacturer of NOMEX and PROBAN High-Performance Workwear based in Malaysia with wide distribution channels in the ASEAN region. We are looking for highly motivated, qualified, and self-driven individuals to be part of our successful team. PURCHASING EXECUTIVE Responsibilities Issuance of Purchase Order upon approval of Purchase Requisition. Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and vendors. Follow up on purchase orders issued to suppliers and ensure prompt delivery of goods. Assist in the selection and evaluation of existing/new suppliers to ensure they are conforming to quality, cost, and delivery. Work closely with production to ensure material and inventory control at maximum efficiency. Liaise with suppliers and inter-department personnel on all material-related issues. Follow-up and work closely on logistic matters. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Admin or equivalent. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Mandarin (spoken & written) is preferred to liaise with suppliers from China. Familiarity with procurement and logistics arrangements will be an advantage.
