Job Description: Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: -Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within our client organizations. -Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. -Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings. -Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies. Client Acquisition: -Identify and develop new business opportunities for our HR services. -Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. -Present and promote our HR solutions to prospective clients. -Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights to clients. Qualifications: Diploma Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
