About the Role We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Integrated Marketing Solutions Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance brand awareness. You’ll oversee the integration of multi-channel marketing efforts to deliver compelling campaigns that engage audiences, drive brand loyalty, and foster customer acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with business goals, including digital, traditional, and experiential channels. - Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including planning, creative development, implementation, monitoring, and optimization across all channels. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, design, and content teams to ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and overall brand experience. - Channel Integration: Ensure a cohesive customer experience by integrating messaging and touchpoints across digital, social media, print, and in-person events. - Market Analysis: Research market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and areas for differentiation. - Performance Metrics: Set and track KPIs for campaigns, generating insights from data to improve performance and ROI; provide reports and insights to senior leadership. - Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, optimizing spend and resource allocation to achieve the best possible outcomes. - Vendor Management: Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to deliver marketing projects on time and within budget. Qualifications - Experience: 5+ years in integrated marketing, marketing solutions, or a related field, with proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Skills: - Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC. - Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to optimize marketing performance. - Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools). - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders. - Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation in brand marketing. - Attributes: Collaborative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and driven by results.
