About the Role We are looking for an experienced Global Partnerships & Alliances Manager to join our team and lead the strategic growth of our global partnerships. In this role, you will identify, develop, and manage high-impact relationships with key partners to drive business growth, expand market reach, and enhance our value proposition. As a critical member of the partnerships team, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to create mutually beneficial alliances that align with our company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Partner Development: Identify and evaluate potential global partners, negotiating terms and driving the development of strategic alliances. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment on objectives, driving joint initiatives, and fostering long-term growth. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to integrate partner initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals. - Market Expansion: Leverage partnerships to expand into new markets and regions, enhancing the company’s global footprint. - Performance Tracking and Reporting: Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness and ROI of each partnership, generating insights to inform strategy and maximize partnership impact. - Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and deliverables, ensuring all deals meet legal and regulatory requirements. - Industry and Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and partnership models to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. - Event Participation: Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and meetings to identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen existing relationships. Qualifications - Experience: 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or a related field, with a strong track record of managing and scaling global partnerships. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. - Skills: - Proven experience in partnership strategy, negotiation, and management. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative approach. - Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to assess partnership performance and ROI. - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics platforms. - Superior communication and presentation skills, with experience in presenting to senior stakeholders. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-cultural environment. - Attributes: Results-driven, strategic thinker, adaptable, culturally aware, and passionate about creating win-win solutions.
