1. Purpose of Role:
The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager (SM) in executing the sales strategy, managing customer accounts, and driving business growth. This role involves assisting with day-to-day sales operations, developing client relationships, generating leads, and ensuring effective communication between the sales team and other departments. The Sales Executive will be key in providing administrative and operational support, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
2. Key Results / Accountabilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in executing the sales strategy and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales leads using Excel.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Support in the preparation and follow-up of sales activities and documentation.
- Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and products.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.
- Ensure the smooth communication between internal teams and clients, helping to build strong business relationships.
- Organize meetings, events, and customer visits to drive business growth.
- Support the Sales Manager in developing new business opportunities and identifying potential clients.
3. Qualification & Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Own transport is required for traveling to customer locations.
- A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the sales function.
4. Competencies:
- Language Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and creating presentations.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and develop lasting relationships.
- Team Player: Able to work effectively in a team environment and support the Sales Manager and other departments.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive: Demonstrates initiative in completing tasks and driving sales activities forward.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing customer needs.
- Problem-solving: Analytical mindset and the ability to resolve issues and find solutions efficiently.
5. Additional Information:

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
