Contract QC Executive (6 Months)

• Ensure that raw materials and packaging materials meet the Quality Control standards through application of standardized sampling plan conducting chemical testing or physical evaluation, troubleshooting whatever unsatisfactory results and collating records of these activities.
• To review and lead the team on receiving, sampling, and testing of in-coming raw material and packaging material been conducted are follow as per approved procedure and GMP requirements.
• Responsible for coordinating the hologram (such as Meditag) and stickers as per company procedure and practice.
• To ensure any OOS or OOT or NCM related to raw material and packaging material been conducted as per specified timeline as per approved procedure
• Assist in evaluation of raw material from new or alternative suppliers through conducting relevant tests.
• Assist in monitoring the laboratory and its activities safe operation of equipment and to be in strict compliance with GLP by ensuring proper maintenance of laboratory equipment in good working order, timely replenishment of primary reference standard, standardization of secondary reference standard and standardization of volumetric solution, informing laboratory personnel of correct procedure in handling hazardous chemical, providing the necessary safety tools and gadgets and proper supervision of experiments.
• Assist in continuous improvements of QC activities through the regular conduct, reviewing and reporting of quality test procedures to minimize quality deviations.
• Ensure that all relevant standard operating procedures and test protocols are revised and updated in accordance to stipulated interval.
• Ensure that retention samples are received, stored, and destroyed in accordance with GMP.
• To participate actively in self-inspection programs organized by QA department.
• In-charge of primary reference standard and secondary reference standard
• Responsible to laboratory equipment that have been assigned for equipment ownership.
• In the absence of QC Manager & Assistant QC Manager, to carry out all managerial works related to registration documentation and full observation on the Raw Material and Packaging Material section operation & management.
• Any other duties whenever assigned.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) Honors or equivalent certificates
• Minimum 2 years working experience in this /related field, especially RMPM.
• Knowledge on quality control system & equipment like HPLC, GC, FTIR and UV spectrophotometer, Titration manual, Auto-titration
• Knowledge of Medi Tag and M3 system (is an advantages)
• Ability to work with multi-departmental team and personnel at various levels in the facility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: oral/written and listening.
• Pharmaceutical GMP knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
