- Lead the implementation of fair employment practices and ensuring strict compliance with labour laws, company policies and industry regulations.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including optimising candidate screening processes, interview arrangement, selection and placement.
- Responsible for the preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, etc.
- Update and maintain employee information into System and personal files.
- Manage and review staff leave application and entitlements & records management.
- Lead the management of staff training & development programs (liaise with training providers / documentation preparation / allocation of resources / allocation & record / analysis).
- Oversees the training administration and grant applications.
- Ensure all records are updated and reports are accurate, up-to-date, and presented to Integra Head Office in a timely manner for strategic decision-making.
- Carry out payroll tasks payroll tasks, including salary, overtime, and statutory payments, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Compiling records for insurance purposes and medical claims.
- Assist in preparing documentation for Rehab facilities license to cckps.
- Management of company accommodation.
- Take initiative in improving HR processes, mentoring junior staff, and leading special HR projects or ad-hoc duties as assigned, contributing to the overall strategic goals of the HR department.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in HR function(s) as a HR Generalistwith strong working knowledge of all key functional areas such as recruitment, payroll, performance, training & development and HR Systems.
- A good understanding of contemporary HR management including an understanding of the relevant legislation and policies and the ability to provide high-level advice on these matters.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, in complex and sensitive environments.
- Experience with HR tools and recruiting software.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
