Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team at Sri Bestari International School. This role offers the opportunity to support and enhance our HR functions in a fast-paced educational environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and the overall well-being of our staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding new employees.Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various positions.Ensure that staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Employee Relations:

Act as the main point of contact for staff members regarding HR-related concerns.Foster a positive work environment and address any employee grievances in a fair and professional manner.Promote employee engagement initiatives and support staff development programs.

  • HR Administration:

Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in alignment with the school's values and regulations.Support the annual performance appraisal process and assist in employee development planning.Administer payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of salaries and benefits.Coordinate with external partners for benefits management (e.g., insurance, retirement plans, etc.).Stay updated on employment laws and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.Assist in maintaining a safe and legally compliant working environment.Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within an educational or similar organizational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
