· Responsible on Day-to-Day Sales Support & General Administrative Tasks.
· Assist and support Sales Team in preparation of sales reports, quotations, tenders and proposals, and other sales related activities.
· Prepare and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients.
· Work closely with the sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop sales strategy accordingly.
· Handles incoming telephone calls and prepares proposals for inquires.
· Maintains a proper filing and trace system for the department.
· Liaise with other departments to provide updates for sales order status.
· To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff and all other departments.
· Ensure excellent and timely response to clients.
· Good follow up skills with the ability to support and deliver customer's enquiries.
· Carry out any assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in business or equivalent.
· Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in any Sales Coordination field
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and Cantonese
· Self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team player
· Able to work under pressure, self-motivates and confidence
· Computer literate & competent in MS office
· Sound Knowledge in SQL system is an added advantage.
· Full-time position available

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
