We are looking for skilled and efficient cooks to join our Coffee House team, specializing in preparing and delivering high-quality à la carte menu items. Cooks will handle either the hot or cold kitchen operations, preparing a variety of dishes to delight our guests.
Hot Kitchen
- Prepare and cook à la carte menu items following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure each dish is plated professionally, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
Cold Kitchen
- Manage cold kitchen operations, including preparing salads, appetizers, and chilled items with precision and freshness.
- Organize ingredients and ensure an efficient workflow in both hot and cold stations.
Food Quality and Safety Standards:
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure kitchen cleanliness at all times.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and perform regular stock checks to minimize waste and maintain efficiency.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service and a smooth operation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members to maintain a positive work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
