Job Description:
- Work closely with Head, Talent Development to assess organizational needs and execute the learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyse and monitor trends and metric around learning & development initiatives to determine impact and effectiveness of the programs relative to investments.
- Monitor the performance of external trainers, their impact & effectiveness in supporting Tan Chong in building and grow capabilities.
- Design, conduct, evaluate and/or broker the delivery of training programs and content
- Work with L&D Admin lead to drive the implementation of Tan Chong's learning management system
- Together with Head of Talent Development, work closely with HRBP and management teams to define and implement strategic development initiatives & programs that will improve the effectiveness and performance of the business units.
- Provide information/data to the management team and Group HR as may be required from time to time to support timely and accurate business decision making.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Social Science or equivalent with minimum 4-6 years of working experience
- Knowledgeable in learning pedagogies and Learning Management System
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and influencing skills
- Able to work independently with little supervision and also as a team
- Good business acumen and business partnering skill
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
